PD Session on Soft Skills
2024-03-13A wonderful session, time managed well, and objectives achieved, in making teachers aware about ‘Soft Skills’, which are essential for improving their capabilities and efficiency. A PD session by Dr. Roopa, Head of Quality Assurance, NPE, who spent quality time with all the teachers of The Royal Academy, in a communicative and fruitful session, on 12th March 2024. Our organization deems it a vital requirement in equipping our teachers with the necessary soft skills in bringing out their best, as well as the best in the students entrusted to their care. Harward Study has revealed that 85% of one’s success at workplace is attributed to Soft Skills and only 15% to Technical Skills. We are on our way there!
