Ms. Sunisha V. A. and Mr. Cresty Xavier, Social Workers of our Inclusion Department, under the Guidance of Ms. Sundos Kiswani, HOD, conducted a workshop for our Eighth, Nineth & Eleventh Graders on Wednesday, 21.02.24, engaging and inspiring them to enhance their exam preparation skills. The key components were: Practical strategies of Time Management Techniques to efficiently allocate time during exams, Effective Study Tips for optimizing study sessions for better retention, Stress Management coping mechanisms and mindfulness practices to handle exam-related stress, and Exam Strategies giving insights on approaching exams strategically for improved performance. The Resource Persons fostered an interactive environment, which encouraged students to actively participate, ask questions, and share their experiences. The workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both students and their parents, who appreciated the valuable insights and practical tips provided. To empower future success this workshop was part of our commitment to empowering students not just academically but also in developing essential life skills. We encourage our students to implement these strategies while preparing for their exam so that they face their exams with complete confidence.
